ART DIRECTION LEAD

Chronic kidney disease is common, but many HCPs don’t fully recognize how many different risk factors can make patients prone to it. To make the urgency clearer, "CRAM" used expanding risk factors as a visual device to highlight the need for earlier action.

With Jardiance’s latest CKD indication, the experience was designed in collaboration with Gameloft to both educate and engage HCPs around the many routes that lead to diagnosis.

Flashcard

Players have 15 seconds to answer 7 questions. As the clock counts down, risk factors keep expanding and when the entire wall has been activated the player is Crammed Out.

Each icon was designed in collaboration with Gameloft to depict each of the of the 11 risk factors closely associated with Chronic Kidney Disease.

Swiping up pauses the game and opens the PI and Medication Guide. Scores are based on the countdown clock. Once the game ends players can add their name to the leaderboard and challenge a colleague by text or email.

The Indications and ISI appear as sticky buttons at the bottom of the gameplay screen. Because education is the main goal, each answer leads to a follow-up screen that explains the responses in more detail.
